Ontario Government Takes Next Step in Review of Joint and Several Liability

Recently, the Ministry of the Attorney General sent a list of questions to Ontario municipalities, asking for data/evidence in respect to the effect of Joint and Several Liability upon them, including settlements/claims and payouts due to exposure to J&S liability. PM Law partners Murray Davison and Charles Painter will be participating in a webinar organized by Ontario Good Roads Association to discuss these questions and how best to respond.
